Pastor Christopher Johnson is a graduate of Tennessee Temple College. He began his ministry as an assistant pastor in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he oversaw all youth programs, including Awana and a large bus ministry. Pastor Johnson later sensed God’s call to pastor his first church in Port Sanilac. During that ministry, he began traveling with the church youth and directing Vacation Bible Schools across Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
Pastor Johnson and his wife, Peggy, came to Lakeland Trails Baptist Church in 2000. They continued their ministry through Vacation Bible School, summer camp programs, and Rest Home Ministries.
